Shanghai CHINDT Systems and Services Manufacturing Co.,Ltd. is a specialized producer of a complete set of magnetic-particle flaw detector at home with a plot area of 16400.00 square meter and a floor space of 11800.00 square meter and has now become the largest manufacturer specializing in the R & D, production, marketing and providing services in the industry at home. The enterprise has passed certification ofISO9001 international quality assurance system by the New Times Authentication Center under the State Commission of Science and Technology for National Defense and established a perfect quality control and service management system for the design, development, production and service of magnetic-particle flaw detectors. Since its founding in 1994, it has been devoted itself to the research and development of magnetic-particle flaw detectors for more than ten years. Besides, it has recruited and accepted outstanding professionals in the field and successively devised and produced no fewer than a hundred models and won several patents. It has accumulated rich theoretical and practical experiences in the development and design of nonstandard magnetic-particle flaw detectors and participated in the compilation of GB/T15822.1-2005/ISO9934-1:2001 National Standard for Magnetic-particle Flaw Detectors. It can provide reliable guarantee for the stability, reliability, practicability, maintenance, safety and environmental protection of the equipment in addition to strong ability to develop new software; it strictly implements the industrial standards for the design and manufacture of the equipment at home and abroad; its products have found wide applications in space flight, aviation, military industry, automobile, machine-building industries and has exported several sets in cooperation with such entities as China Aerospace Machine & Electronics Corp and North Industry Company. Now the Company has a working staff of 61 employees, including 19 middle-ranking and senior professionals and technicians. In 2008 more than 400 sets of magnetic-particle flaw detectors of all types were turned out.
Over recent years the Company has successively developed the following products: 20000A detector with the biggest current at home for Guiyang Aviation 460 Factory, special detector for aircraft blade and blade disc for aviation 331 factory, plane magnetizer and demagnetizer as well as flaw detector for integral demagnetization of tube and bar for Shenyang Aircraft Industrial Group Co. Ltd., special automatic magnetic-particle inspection line for coupling, roller inspection line and online magnetic-particle inspection line for pipe blanks for Bao Steel Works and fluorescent static penetrant inspection line with independent intellectual property rights for AIJ aircraft wing and beam for Shanghai Aircraft Manufacturing Factory, all of which have filled in the gap at home. In 2007 the Company was awarded Shanghai Torch Prize and designated as a patent protection trial unit. Its qualification as one of Shanghai New & Hi-tech Enterprises is now under examination.
